I'm trying to make a page where we can all post our mileage weekly to stay motivated to train for the mini. I'm not sure I'm doing it right though...

  3. started training today (i know i was supposed to start yesterday, but it was my birthday and i didn't want to). ran 2mi. mile1=10min12sec. mile2=11min39sec. i had to walk about a quarter mile during mile2. hoping to improve this time in the next 2 days- especially with the 4mi drumstick dash in 3 days...

  4. day 2 of training. 2mi. mi1=10min40sec (running into the wind) mi2=9min59sec. no walking today. not sure how i am going to survive 4mi in the freezing cold on turkey day tho. tomorrow am will be 3mi.
