started training today (i know i was supposed to start yesterday, but it was my birthday and i didn't want to). ran 2mi. mile1=10min12sec. mile2=11min39sec. i had to walk about a quarter mile during mile2. hoping to improve this time in the next 2 days- especially with the 4mi drumstick dash in 3 days...
day 2 of training. 2mi. mi1=10min40sec (running into the wind) mi2=9min59sec. no walking today. not sure how i am going to survive 4mi in the freezing cold on turkey day tho. tomorrow am will be 3mi.
